About This Project

A dual-structure project in Etobicoke: a four-unit multiplex in the front and a garden suite in the back. The multiplex features a cantina formed into the foundation structure, adding basement storage and a structural base for ground-floor steps. Nearly 1,500 sq ft of living space across all units. Drone photography captures the full scope of the formed walls and window wells.
