The foundation your home deserves.
Custom residential foundations for homes across the Greater Toronto Area. From single-family homes to estate builds, every pour is engineered to last.
Your foundation carries the weight of everything above it. That is why we treat every residential pour with the same level of precision, whether it is a compact starter home or a 6,000 sq ft estate.
We handle the full scope of residential foundation work: footings, wall forming, concrete placement, stripping, and waterproofing. Our crews work with your builder and engineer to make sure every measurement, every rebar placement, and every anchor bolt is exactly where it needs to be.
Based in Scarborough and serving the entire GTA, we have poured foundations for custom homes in North York, Aurora, Milton, Vaughan, King City, and everywhere in between. On-time delivery and clean sites are not extras with us. They are the standard.
How we get it done.
Every project follows a proven process. No shortcuts, no improvisation, just disciplined execution from start to finish.
Footing Day
Once surveyors place the pins, we move in. Footings are formed, rebar is placed, and concrete is poured the same day. Start in the morning, footings done by afternoon. Same-day turnaround is how we operate.
Wall Assembly
A crane drops our forming cages into position. Over 3 to 4 working days, we assemble forms, place rebar, close off walls, and install weeping tile and gravel. Walls are braced and ready for concrete.
Wall Pour
All walls are poured in a single day. Concrete is placed, vibrated for full consolidation, and anchor bolts and window bucks are set in their final positions.
Strip & Load
Forms are peeled off the walls and cages are loaded back onto the truck. The crane picks up the cages and the site is left clean for the next trade.
Waterproofing
Our waterproofing crew sprays tar and wraps the membrane on all below-grade walls. Once complete, the foundation is fully sealed and ready for backfill.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does a typical custom home foundation take?
Most custom home foundations take 1 to 2 weeks from footing to strip, depending on the size and complexity. A standard single-family home is usually closer to 1 week. We provide a timeline before we start so you can plan the rest of your build accordingly.
What size homes can you handle?
We have poured foundations from 800 sq ft garden-level builds up to 6,000+ sq ft estate homes. If it has footings and walls, we can form it. Bring us your plans and we will give you a straight answer on scope and timeline.
Do you handle walk-out basements?
Yes. Walk-out and look-out basement foundations require careful step-down forming and grading coordination. We have done plenty of these across lots with significant slope, particularly in Milton and Aurora.
Do you do ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms)?
No. We specialize in traditional aluminum forming for poured concrete foundations. ICF is a different trade and we prefer to stay in our lane and do what we are best at.
Are you insured and WSIB covered?
Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and full WSIB coverage for every crew member on every job. Your builder and lender can count on it.
