The first thing people see. We make it count.
Concrete porches, front steps, and entry stairs. From full rebuilds to new construction, poured concrete entrances that look right and last.
Your front entrance is the first impression of your home. A crumbling porch or uneven steps do not just look bad, they are a safety hazard. We build concrete porches and stairs that are level, durable, and finished to look right for years.
We handle both new construction porches and full rebuilds of existing ones. Our process starts with proper demolition of the old structure, then new footings, forming, pour, and a slip-resistant finish that stands up to GTA winters.
Whether it is a simple set of front steps or a wraparound porch with railings, we form it clean and pour it right. Every project gets the same attention, because even a small porch deserves to be built properly.
How we get it done.
Every project follows a proven process. No shortcuts, no improvisation, just disciplined execution from start to finish.
Demolition (If Rebuilding)
Old concrete is removed and hauled away. We inspect the underlying soil and existing footings to determine what needs to be replaced versus what can be reused.
Footing Work
New footings are formed below the frost line to prevent heaving. Rebar is placed and concrete is poured to create a solid base for the steps and landing.
Form the Steps & Landing
Each step is formed to consistent rise and run dimensions. The landing is formed to slope slightly away from the house for drainage. Rebar is tied throughout for reinforcement.
Pour & Finish
Concrete is placed from the bottom step up. Each tread gets a broom or slip-resistant finish. Edges are tooled for a clean, professional look.
Strip & Completion
We strip any remaining forms and make sure everything is clean and usable. The finished porch and stairs are ready for use.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does a porch rebuild take?
Most porch rebuilds take 4 to 7 days from demolition to completion. A simple set of front steps can be done in 2 to 3 days. We will give you an exact timeline after reviewing the scope.
Do concrete steps crack in the winter?
Properly built concrete steps with below-frost-line footings should not crack from frost heave. Surface scaling can happen if salt is used on uncured concrete, which is why we recommend waiting one full winter before applying de-icing products.
Can you match the look of my existing home?
We can adjust the finish, dimensions, and proportions to complement your home's style. We have done everything from modern clean-line entries to heritage-style Victorian porches in downtown Toronto.
Do you install railings?
We form the railing post pockets into the concrete so that metal or wood railings can be installed by others. If you need railing installation as well, we can recommend trusted trades.
Is a permit needed for porch replacement?
In most Toronto-area municipalities, a permit is required for porch work that changes the size or footprint. Your builder or contractor handles the permit process. We start work once the site is ready.
