About This Project

A multiplex plus garden suite in North York that required a line pump due to access constraints from a large tree at the front. Line pumps add complexity since each section must be manually disassembled during the pour. Despite the tight access, both the multiplex and garden suite foundations were completed with full waterproofing and backfill.
